Verifying - The bulk of the work is complete and Uhub is now authenticating via Okta. Some data is still being synchronised to Jira, which may mean some users do not have full access.

Scheduled - As outlined on Uhub and Okta - Uhub are moving to Okta for authentication starting ~ 0100 UTC

We have scheduled Saturday June 11th, 2022 0100 UTC as the starting time of this change - view in your local time ( https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?msg=Uhub+%2B+Okta&iso=20220611T01&p1=1440&ah=6 ) - and the change is expected to take a number of hours during which the whole Uhub platform (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, SonarQube and My Uhub) will be offline to varying degrees. While we have completed as much preparation and testing in advance, there are a number of tasks that can only happen on the day and will mean that users will not be able to login or use the platform as usual.

WPP Employees

- Please ensure that your Uhub username is the same as your current Okta username. If this is not the case, please contact support.uhub.biz

Non-WPP employees

- You should receive (if you haven't already) an invite to finalise your account setup for WPP's Okta (see here for sample/instructions)
- If you have any questions, please reach out to your WPP agency contact

My Uhub Group Management functionality will be disabled approximately 24 hours before the change so we can action some long running preparation items.
